Get Started

As a coaching client, you have access to information, resources and tools that will support your coaching process.  To get started on the private client website, please refer to the information below.

First Website Visit:  For New and Current Clients

There are three simple steps for setting yourself up on my client website:

1.  LOGIN:  Once you are a coaching client and have a Coaching Agreement in place, you will receive an email from me with your username and password.  Click LOGIN on this website and enter that information.

If you wish to change your password to one of your own choosing, do so on your Client Profile page which can be found under the FORMS tab or by clicking here.

2.  CLIENT PROFILE:  Complete your online Client Profile by clicking here or go to Client Profile under the FORMS tab.  Be sure to enter up-to-date contact information.  Upload a photo of yourself, if you wish! 

OPTIONAL:  Check out two additional online forms that may be helpful:  About You and Your Life and Coaching Goals found under the FORMS tab.  Use these to record your reflections, if you wish.


Additional Information about Coaching and the Client Website

The COACHING INTRO and the CLIENT FAQS sections of this website, found by clicking on the tabs at the top of this page, provide an overview of coaching and anticipate questions you may have about coaching or about this website.  This same introductory information can also be found in the DOCUMENTS section under New Client Information in two documents:  What is Coaching? and Coaching Logistics.  In the same area, you will find a more detailed guide to this website entitled Coaching Clients' Private Website: A How-to Guide


Ongoing Website Visits

After you login as a user of this website, I will send you an email that provides an overview of the tools available on the site.  In the meantime, check below for an overview of this private section of my website:

  • CALENDAR: Under the CALENDAR tab, you can view our scheduled appointments as well as blocks of available time in my schedule.  Here you can make changes to an appointment up to 24 hours prior.  I will be notified immediately if any changes are made to existing appointments.  Should you need to change an apointment within 24 hours due to illness or an emergency, please call 617-553-8686 or email me at tracy@tracyfitzpatrick.com.

  • CLIENT LOG:  The CLIENT LOG is an area for recording your reflections and notes about coaching.  It is also one way you can communicate with me.  Should you have an update on your progress or a question to share, feel free to use this confidential space.  Alternatively, you can always email me at tracy@tracyfitzpatrick.com.
  • FORMS and DOCUMENTS:  Under these two tabs, you can access the coaching worksheets and information that I provide clients.  Periodically, I will suggest those that may be useful to you.  You can fill out FORMS directly online.  You can read DOCUMENTS online and/or download them for your use.

    - Session Preparation:
    The day before each coaching appointment, you will receive an email reminder.  At the bottom of this reminder will be a link where you can access and complete the Session Preparation form.  Use this form, if you wish, to reflect on your progress and your wishes for our upcoming coaching session.  You will also find a copy of this form under the FORMS tab.
  • RESOURCES: This section of the website provides information and links to online and printed resources on many of the challenges and transitions that clients navigate as well as additional information about the profession and practice of coaching.

  • PAYMENT:  If you would like to pay me through PayPal, please let me know and I will set up your account in the secured PAYMENT area of this site.
